Super Easy Baked Sausage, Beans and Eggs
On a cold night and in an attempt to use up some eggs, rotate the pantry stock and just make some comfort food the Super Easy Baked Sausage, Beans and Eggs dish was created. While it may seem like an odd combination, this ended up being a great little surprise.
Yield: 2 12 oz ramekins
- 1 28 oz can baked beans There was a little left over
- 4 eggs
- 3 sausage links I used mild Italian
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
